Tehama System - Account Creation

Tehama Web CIT

Tehama has developed a Web Application to allow you to see the status of your Tehama Wireless Submeter System online. 

Create an Account

  1. Navigate to the Tehama Web CIT
  2. Select Can't Log in? Click for help getting started

  3. Under section 3 You've never been here before, select Click here to create a new account

  4. Input your Login ID, Email, and Password

  5. Select Create
  6. Check your email for a Verification Code from no-reply@verificationemail.com
    1. If you do not receive a Verification Code immediately:
      1. Check you SPAM folder
      2. Select Resend Verification Email
  7. Input your Verification Code and select Ok

  8. You will be redirected to the Login Page
  9. Login to the account using the account credentials you established


Add Your Property

  1. Once logged in, select + Add Site

  2. Input your Site Name and Access Code
    1. If you do not know your Site Name and Access Code, please contact Support@submetersolutions.com
  3. Select Save
  4. An alert that You need permission to view this site will appear
    1. Send to: Support@submetersolutions.com

  5. Once permission is granted, the property will appear in your Site List
