Transceivers Installed in the Wrong Unit

It is critical that Transceivers are installed in the units that they are labeled with. If they are not, they will be incorrectly reporting for the wrong units.

If you need to move Transceivers to the correct units, you do not need to uninstall and reinstall the meters. You simply need to remove the Transceiver from the meter and reinstall it on the meter in the correct unit.

If moving Transceivers is not feasible, you may alternatively provide us with a list of unit labels as noted in this article (link).
