Billing Services vs. Full Data Access

At Submeter Solutions, we offer two primary service options for managing your utility usage: Billing Services and Full Data Access. Once you select your desired option, we will grant access by adding your email to the Next Century portal. Here’s what each includes:

Full Data Access:

Full Data Access provides direct access to your property’s meter data through the NextCentury Online Portal, accessible via computer or mobile app. Features include:

  • User-friendly portal access – View usage data anytime, anywhere.

  • Six months of read history – Track trends and monitor consumption over time.

  • Real-time alerts – Receive notifications via email or text for any irregularities.

  • Technical support – Access to the Submeter Solutions support team for questions or assistance.

Cost: $25/month minimum ($1/unit/month). This requires setting up a recurring invoice and adding your email address to the portal.

To set up Full Data Access, we need the following information:

  • Name of HOA:

  • Billing Address:

  • List of Email Address(es) you would like to add to the Next Century portal:


Billing Services:

Billing Services are designed for customers who want Submeter Solutions to handle the billing process:

  • Meter readings – We read the meters on your behalf.

  • Bill generation and distribution – We produce and send bills to residents.

  • Payment management – Residents can remit payments to us or directly to the property owner. If payments are sent to us, we issue a monthly reimbursement.

  • Full Data Access fee – Waived when using Billing Services.
